A couple years ago, my husband (better known in "local racing and bike shop circles" as "Munch") decided to build a "small" motocross track in our back yard for "the kids" we knew whose parents had invested in mini-bikes.
He wanted to take his passion for motorcycles and racing (which began with the Honda
Z50 his dad bought him when he didn't make Little League), and pass it on to younger generations. Three years, truckloads of material, a new tractor, and tons of labor hours later, our "small track" is the epitome of a "big boy's playground!"
Each year we host Summer (The Watermelon Nationals) and Fall (The Pumpkin Nationals) events for our friends and families to enjoy. It's awesome to see everyone who shares Scott's passion for racing come out for a day of racing, food and fun!
